Pricing :

For face-to-face programs: €450 for the entire cycle, i.e. 8 sessions of 1h30-2h30 and a day of in-depth training. The price of the cycle also includes educational files and recordings of meditations for home practice. Payment facilities granted in case of need.

For individual sessions: €100

How to register for MBSR cycles and/or indivual sessions?

A group information session precedes registration for each MBSR cycle. This session is mandatory. It intends to present the program and answer any questions that may arise from this process. Following this 2-hour group session, a short individual interview (by phone) is proposed. The final registration for an MBSR cycle is done in the continuity of the information session and the time of individual interview. Registration for the information session is done by email or via the contact form (registration required).
