The Approach
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
This program is structured in 8 weekly sessions of 1h30 to 2h30 (length of the session varies according to the size of the group) in addition to a full day of mindfulness practices. Each session includes:
- Formal guided mindfulness practices (body scan, sitting meditation, movements from Hatha yoga, walking meditation) and informal practices (activities in daily life situations).
- Periods of reflection and group exchanges.
- Exercises are to be continued at home between each session for the duration of the protocol. Various documents, including audio recordings and written documents, will be given to each person.
At the end of the 8 weeks, the basics of training and practice are acquired, and thus enables you to engage directly with the events in your life, empowering you to take control, consciously observe, and respond to your stress, pain, and the various challenges of existence.

Discovery & Information Session
These sessions are an initiation to Mindfulness. It is essential to take this workshop before enrolling in the MBSR program. It will allow you to experiment and better understand this approach and determine if the program is right for you. These workshops take place in groups or individually.
MBSR Classes
This program includes 8 weekly sessions from 1h30 to 2H30 (depending on the number of participants). Each session is made up of theory as well as exchanges, between the participants, on the practices taught (Body Scan, sitting meditation, Hatha Yoga, walking meditation). Between sessions, daily practice (45 minutes) is essential.
Workshop on Mindfulness in the Workplace
These workshops are adapted to the needs of the organization. The training can take place over a full week or, more spaced out, over 8-10 weeks. An orientation meeting (1h30) is also mandatory before starting the mindfulness awareness training.
Workshops post-MBSR
These workshops are designed to maintain and deepen your practice, with the support of a group. They can be around a theme or a sequence of practices. There will be times for exchange and sharing of experiences. These workshops can also be individualized.
